Breast cancer remains the most diagnosed cancer for women in Australia, with more than 20,000 people are diagnosed each year. The McGrath Foundation is committed to ensuring that no one faces breast cancer without the dedicated support of a breast care nurse.
We recently hosted Tracey Bevan, Ambassador and Director of the McGrath Foundation, for an educational workshop and morning tea. The session highlighted the critical role of breast care nurses, and the life-saving importance of early detection and regular self-checks.
