Returns and Exchanges
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days.
- Item must be unworn with original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Drop parcel at your local post office.
At LEO LIN we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your purchase to us within 14 days. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the conditions outlined below.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and with tags attached.
Full-priced items are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. Exchange is only available to Australian customers.
Sale items including markdown, temporary promotion or use of a discount code, are eligible for store credit or exchange. Exchange is
only available to Australian customers.
Final sale items are marked “FINAL SALE” on the website product page and cannot be returned unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If merchandise is returned in breach of conditions or was marked “FINAL SALE,” the returned item/s will be sent back to you.
All returns are submitted via the LEO LIN Returns Portal.
For returns from Australia, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom a shipping label is generated via the returns portal.
Return shipping from an alternate country is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty. Secure tracking, proof of postage and insurance is recommended.
A $20 processing fee applies to refunds. Store credits and exchanges are free, no processing fee is applied.
Refunds must be credited to the original form of payment. Item must have been full price at time of purchase.
Store Credit is issued via a digital voucher and is valid for 12 months.
Exchanges are instant, free and easy for Australian customers, a replacement size or style can be selected via the returns portal.
Please note, taxes, duties and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are processed daily Monday – Friday, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
Refunds may take a further 3 – 5 business days for funds to return to the original payment method, after a return has been processed.
Store credit is issued immediately upon a return being processed.
Exchanges are available immediately upon submitting a return request.
Garment quality and craftsmanship is very important to LEO LIN. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a garment that you believe to be faulty.
Please submit your faulty return request via the LEO LIN Returns Portal and upload images of the fault to be reviewed by the LEO LIN quality assurance team.
Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
LEO LIN does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.
