House of Leo is LEO LIN’s loyalty program designed to recognise and reward our customers. As you shop, you’ll earn points that contribute to your membership tier,
unlocking a curated selection of benefits and privileges.

Your journey with House of Leo begins when you create a LEO LIN account. Existing clients are automatically welcomed into our loyalty program, with access to exclusive rewards and member privileges.

Every purchase earns you points, which accumulate to determine your tier within the
House. As you move through the tiers, your rewards and benefits become increasingly exclusive.

Points are awarded when you:

• Make a purchase
• Create a LEO LIN account
• Subscribe to our newsletter

For creating an account or signing up to our newsletter, these points will be added to your account and will appear in a few minutes.

When you make a purchase, these points will be approved after 21 days from the date of purchase.

Points may be redeemed at checkout when signed into your account. Your available balance will appear as a credit option, which can be applied towards full priced
purchases.

Every 20 points equates to $1 credit towards full-price purchases. Points can be applied
at checkout when redeeming rewards on eligible items.

Your points accrued throughout the year will determine your tier status.

Points are not redeemable in conjunction with promotional pricing or discount codes and may be applied to full-price styles only.

Points remain valid for 12 months from your last purchase activity.

Your points balance is associated with the email you used at checkout. Please ensure all orders placed match the email linked to your House of Leo account. If your points balance is still not displaying correctly, please contact our customer service team, customerservice@leolinofficial.com.au for further assistance.

Please note, we will need prior order details of any transactions not appearing within your account in order to resolve the issue.

House of Leo is composed of four tiers:

• Ground Floor
• First Floor
• Second Floor
• Penthouse

Each tier reflects your annual spend and unlocks progressively elevated privileges.

Your tier is determined by your spend over a 12-month period. As your
relationship with LEO LIN grows, your status within the program will be automatically updated.

Depending on your tier, privileges may include:

• Early access to collection launches
• Priority access to sale events
• Birthday gift
• Exclusive seasonal gifting
• Invitations to private events
• Personalised styling experiences 
• Complimentary basic alterations and repairs (available for Australian customers only, on garments purchased directly from the LEO LIN website). Includes minor repairs such as: broken zips, missing buttons, missing beading/embellishments, lining repairs, appliqué repairs, seam stitching, and seam reinforcements. All repairs are subject to assessment by our Client Services team
• Complimentary express shipping (Penthouse tier)

Your current balance and tier status can be viewed at any time by logging into your LEO LIN account. Your available points will also appear automatically at checkout on
eligible purchases.

If an item is returned, any associated points will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed. This may also adjust your tier status.

If you are returning an item purchased using loyalty points, the points will be credited back to your loyalty account once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for this to appear.
