With this commitment to longevity and bespoke service, we are delighted to offer complimentary alterations and repairs to our House of LEO showroom clients. The bespoke alteration service is exclusive to LEO LIN's VIP membership program House of LEO as well as showroom customers.
Alterations
Our highly skilled client service team will fit your LEO LIN piece on you in a one-on-one appointment at our showroom, making strap, cuff, sleeve and hem adjustments where needed, before it is sent off to our trusted local seamstress, enhancing both its impeccable fit and the lasting beauty of our enduring design.

Repairs
At LEO LIN, we are dedicated to offering the highest quality of garments. However, should your garment become damaged or is faulty after minimal wear, we will offer a free repair service including the following minor repairs; broken zip, missing button, missing beading/embellishments, lining repair, appliqué/seam stitching and reinforcements.
Please note: As some repair requests may be for garments from past seasons, exact matches for zippers, buttons and embellishments might not always be readily available. However, we’ll do our best to source the closest possible colour to maintain the look and feel of your original piece
Terms & Conditions
- LEO LIN's Forever LEO alterations and repair services only apply to orders purchased from leolinofficial.com.au or from the LEO LIN Sydney Showroom (excluding Warehouse Sale events).
- Any customer that requests our Forever LEO repair service must deliver and collect their garment to the LEO LIN Sydney Showroom at their own cost.
- Any customer that requests our Forever LEO alteration service will not be eligible for a refund once the garment has been altered under any circumstances.
