FREQUENTLY REQUESTED INFORMATION
We offer a same day and Saturday shipping service to customers located in the Sydney metro area. If your address is valid to select same day delivery it will appear as an option at checkout.
Cut off for same day shipping is 1pm and orders will be delivered between 6pm-9pm. If you place your order with same day shipping after 1pm, it will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Cut off for Saturday shipping is 1pm on the previous day and orders will be delivered between 1pm-6pm.
All same day and Saturday delivery orders must be signed for, if you are unreachable at your delivery address there will be an additional charge for redelivery.
Our delivery timeframes are based off your location from our warehouse in Sydney. Metro cities across Australia are an overnight delivery excluding Adelaide and Perth which usually take 2-6 business days.
Rural areas across Australia can take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipment. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
Please note, due to high volume of orders during the holidays and sale periods, there can be delay in dispatching your order.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or if it is inconsistent with your order, please contact our customer services team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your order.
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online LEO LIN account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.
All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be refunded and the stock returned to our system. Customers may be charged the outstanding customs and freight fees.
Missed or returned deliveries cannot be re-dispatched; you must place a new order.
Australia & New Zealand
Australian orders are charged in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
New Zealand orders are charged in AUD and may be subject to taxes and duties. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
LEO LIN reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
International orders are charged in USD and are inclusive of taxes and duties. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid basis), which means all relevant import taxes and duties are factored in at the time of purchase.
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at email@example.com.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping.
We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date.
The estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please note shipping dates are subject to change.
For orders that contain an in-stock item(s) your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item(s) straight away. No additional postage will be charged in these circumstances.
