At LEO LIN we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your purchase to us within 14 days. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the conditions outlined below.

Items purchased during December have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

If merchandise is returned in breach of these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Refunds must be credited to the original form of payment.

Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.

Item/s marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned unless faulty.

If merchandise is returned in spite of being marked as final sale, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Full-priced items purchased with a promotional code that discounts the order are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Sale items purchased with a promotional code that further discounts the order are eligible for a store credit only.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Submit your return through the online return portal.

Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels for International customers.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.

We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LEO LIN does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.

We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please submit your return request through our online return portal and upload images of the fault to be reviewed by the LEO LIN quality assurance team.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
